The support of the tent should be selected on a relatively flat area, and try not to have too many sharp objects on the ground, such as stones, grass roots, branches and the like. If there is, it must be cleaned up. Even broken branches and branches are easy to pierce bad debts. The entrance and exit should be facing away from the air outlet, and the ground should be relatively dry. It is best if there is a thin lawn. If the ground has a slight slope, the exit should be located on a downslope, which is convenient for digging and draining.
In order to protect the tent, a piece of ground cloth can be laid under the tent.
2. Support and fixation
(1) The most common double-pole tents nowadays, when raising the tent poles, it is best to support both poles at the same time.
(2) When lowering the tent nails, it is best to lower the two opposite corners of the tent first, and then lower the other two opposite corners. The tent tied up in this way is relatively flat.
(3) When lowering the tent nails, the angle of inclination of 45-60 degrees should be used, so that the tent nails are easy to lay down and the force is relatively large. The distance and direction of the ground nail into the ground should be on the same axis as the rope, and the rope and the ground nail are at a 90-degree angle, which is conducive to achieving the maximum strength. Pay attention to the corresponding fixation in the fixed order, for example: the left front corner, the right rear corner, the right front corner, and the left rear corner in turn.
(4) Pay attention to tie up all the connecting ropes between the inner and outer tents, and pull the wind rope (it is very important to pull the wind rope).
(5) Tent bags, tent pole bags, and floor nail bags must be put away so as not to be lost.
(6) After setting up the tent, check the distance between the inner and outer tents. If they are pasted together, it will affect the rain and dew protection and should be adjusted.
3. Dig drainage ditch
When camping, if it rains, the ditch digging procedure must not be omitted. The drainage ditch should be close to the outer edge of the tent. If the tent is not equipped with a skirt, the location of the ditch should be convenient for the water flowing from the tent to enter the ditch. The drainage ditch is dug around the tent so that the stagnant water can be drained smoothly.
4. Matters needing attention
Do not camp too close to the mountain to prevent falling rocks and flooding on rainy days. In addition, don't be too close to the river, lest the high tide washes the tent. In short, I hope everyone can remember the relevant methods and steps of how to set up a tent, and must remember the relevant precautions of setting up a tent. Only in this way can you better protect yourself and your friends outdoors. There is a pretty good outdoor tent below, and friends who are interested can take a look.
